DIRECTOR & OWNER
Martin Nozedar
Martin has been involved in construction for over 35 years and has experience in both the commercial and domestic sectors. His expert knowledge of home and building renovations is why he is called upon time and again for reliable advice.
Martin’s expertise in project management was acknowledged when he was awarded the Manager of the Year in 2007, and since then has gone on to successfully complete many challenging projects including running several successful businesses.

Ben Church
Ben is Martin Nozedar’s son and one of our precision carpenters, excelling in attention to detail.
He has worked in the industry for nearly 10 years and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team.
With a positive and customer-friendly attitude, Ben is always striving to bring the client’s vision to life and is the future of NC Renovations.

Paul McCarthy
Having worked on many of Jersey’s iconic buildings, Paul has an unmatched respect.
He is an engineering expert who can still do complex math without needing a calculator! And with so many building projects under his belt, a client couldn’t ask for a more reliable person to build or renovate their dream home.

Vinny Le Flahec
With over 50 years of experience on Jersey’s roads and sites, this man has been there and done it all when it comes to groundworks, drains and foundations.
Vinny is an example that experience is like wine and gets better with age!
He has a full excavator driver's ticket and can handle any machine you put in front of him.
They don’t make many like Vinny, so he is a cherished member of the team.
